Our policy is 30 days in length. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the initial packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. We also do not accept underwear, lingerie, swimwear, medical and personal care items, intimate or sanitary goods.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please don’t send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or the original method of payment will be automatically credited within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t got a refund yet, visit your bank account again first. Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver sent the order to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
At mylingerie.com.au we source best products and with the mixture of local and products from overseas and delivery of the products depends on local or international warehouse. Most of the products being delivered with 13-20 business days.
To give best services to our customer we always prefer to use shipment service with tracking but sometime due to sourcing partner’s or product specific limitation, we cannot guarantee for tracking. Please reach out to us in case you face any trouble, will help you on best effort basis.
To return your product, you should contact us on email@example.com and will give you further guidance.
You will be liable for paying your own shipping expenses for returning your product. Shipping expenses are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
